I received my order and there was damage. What are my next steps?

All products which leave Monte Package Company are checked and deemed appropriate for shipment. Any claims for damaged product should be reported IMMEDIATELY to Monte Package Company.  Please have the invoice and/or packing list readily available for our Customer Service Representatives

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Monte Package Company uses UPS for ground package shipments. Below is a chart with the estimated delivery times to your area from our facilities in Riverside, Michigan (49084). Delivery times are based on averages and shipments may arrive sooner. During holiday periods please add a day or two to your expected delivery date. UPS Shipping times from Riverside, MI

Can I request my order to ship with someone other than UPS?

All of our internet orders are processed through UPS ground or FedEx ground. If you have a preference on how your internet order is shipped please call 800-653-2807 and place your order with our customer service representatives during normal business hours. Be sure to mention your special shipping request while you are placing the order.

Can I charge the shipping and handling for my online order to my UPS ground account?

All of our internet orders are processed through UPS ground or FedEx ground. We can bill your UPS or FedEx account for the shipping please call 800-653-2807 during regular business hours to request that your order be shipped using your account. There is a handling fee of $6.50 per case for this option.

What do I do if I am placing an order online and I need to have my order shipped overnight?

If you need to receive the product you are ordering faster than the standard transit times , please call a customer service representative at 1-800-683-2807 to review your options for expedited shipping.  Please keep in mind that 2:00 pm EST is the cut-off (Monday - Friday) for shipping UPS or FedEx ground, 2-Day, or Overnight.  Any orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

Can I order partial or mixed cases of your products? I don’t need very many containers.

We are unable to split cases/bales of product when shipping.  The only way to get quantities below the listed minimum is to visit our retail facility in Benton Harbor, MI in person between June and October.

Do you have any distribution centers on the West Coast?

Our main headquarters is located in Riverside, Michigan with 2 other distribution warehouses located in Lakeland, Florida and Boynton Beach, Florida.  However, we are capable of shipping any of our products anywhere in North America.

Can I return product that was ordered?

Due to the fact that our product is used for food products and we comply with all FDA food safety guidelines, we are unable to accept returns.  You are welcome to contact a customer service representative to request samples for items you are considering prior to placing your order – that way you can be sure the items you are ordering are exactly what you need.  We do charge for samples, however, if you place an order within 30 days after ordering the samples we will credit the sample charge to your new order.

What do I need to do to order items that do not show pricing on your website?

Can I get a sample of any of the products on your web site?

You are welcome to contact a customer service representative to request samples for items you are considering prior to placing your order – that way you can be sure the items you are ordering are exactly what you need.  We do charge for samples, however, if you place an order within 30 days after ordering the samples we will credit the sample charge to your new order.  Samples of special order items may not be available.

Are the berry containers you sell vented or non-vented?

All of our berry containers are vented unless the item description states otherwise.Disclaimer: All clamshells and berry containers (pints, quarts, and half pints) are vented unless stated otherwise.
